We believe that you need consistency and a group of passionate people in order to create high-quality bread and pastries everyday.

We believe that bread should not travel too far, either philosophically or geographically.

We believe that in order to make a high-quality handcrafted product, all the hands have to be happy.

We believe that the recipe is only about 10% of the story. You can’t quantify quality, you can’t quantify customer service, and you can’t quantify employee loyalty.

We believe in getting back to the basics. Most of our breads contain just flour, water, salt and yeast.
